Scope of service

Apexia Solutions provides accommodation unit booking support only. We act as a booking intermediary between the customer and licensed tourism accommodation facilities and authorized service providers.

Apexia Solutions is not a hotel operator, accommodation facility operator, property manager, travel agency, tour operator, transport provider or visa service provider.

Booking requests

A submission through this portal is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. No accommodation is held or reserved at the moment the form is submitted.

A booking becomes confirmed only after availability is verified with the licensed provider, the final price is approved by the customer, the provider terms are accepted and payment is completed.

Prices, taxes and inclusions

Quoted rates are per unit per night unless stated otherwise, and remain subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Applicable VAT, municipality fees and service charges will be listed separately in the booking confirmation.

Services not listed as included in the confirmation are considered paid services and are settled by the guest directly with the accommodation provider.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate guest names, contact details, nationality, dates and identification documents required by the accommodation provider and by Saudi regulations.

Check-in and check-out times, identification requirements and occupancy limits are set by the accommodation provider and must be observed by the guest.

Liability

The accommodation service itself is delivered by the licensed accommodation provider under its own terms. Apexia Solutions is responsible for the booking support service it provides and for handling the booking request accurately and promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the requirements of the Ministry of Tourism for licensed accommodation booking activity.
